We are pleased to announce that with effect from 1st January 2007 The Complete Chimenea Company, in order to meet international customer demands – has expanded operations and is now also based in Guadalajara, Mexico where our workshops are located.

This expansion enables a speedy, hands-on service to trade customers worldwide who wish to place truck, container or pallet orders at wholesale prices and volumes.  Within the Americas there are now obvious logistical advantages and cost-savings!  Spanish and English is spoken.

 We have senior British staff working and supervising at the site of manufacture and loading and we will continue to design and innovate chimeneas (made of high grade clay), bespoke accessories and cookware.

This re-location will also enable us to provide a professional and cohesive sales service for export orders direct from the factory and under our close supervision and quality standards. All products we produce are fully guaranteed!

Furthermore, we are keen to develop bespoke and commissioned products, especially chimeneas and planters, for a minimum order quantity of 200 pieces.   These could include items with logos embossed, corporate colours, labels and tags etc.

Packing of chimeneas, planters, urns, gifts and accessories can be done in a variety of ways to suit the customer.  For example: boxed, crated, loose packed (to yield higher quantity per container/truck);

With over 10 years of experience in the UK and more than 35 in Mexico, we are confident that we can produce just about ANY design in clay for you!

New guarantee cards


Our unique guarantee cards give the retailer a refreshingly hassle-free experience.  Customer completes the card, returns to C.C.C. where the guarantee is logged and we deal with it if anything goes wrong!
